Educates front-line employees on:
This is accomplished through a three-hour training class that’s informative, but interactive. At the end of each class, graduates will be equipped with tools necessary to provide the best possible service to your guests.
Each graduate will receive a certificate and commemorative lapel pin to recognize their completion of the program. They will also receive an experience pass to visit various Albuquerque attractions for FREE!
Once you have registered, there are NO REFUNDS for no shows. You can however, send the same student, or a new student in their place to a future class.
We also now offer tailored ACE classes for those businesses who would like their employees to get additional training. These classes are closed to the public and are specialized just for you. We work with you to get a sense of your culture and your goals and current customer service policies. Then we incorporate that in our training principals, while also going over things to do and see in Albuquerque.
This class is $300 for 20 students. If you would like to send more, please let us know.
