Before turning the gun on her husband on the night of Saturday, October 14, police constable Lillian Biwott and her husband made memories together, as shown in an emerging photo.

The suspected killer police officer is accused of shooting her husband more than 12 times in an escalation of their domestic altercation.

Going by some photos NTV shared, the couple relished some sweet moments together before their love went sour.

The photo showed the couple posing together as they glanced at something. The victim is seen in the picture gesturing towards something as his wife looks at him with a smile.

At the time when this picture was taken, the married did not know the tragic fate that awaited them in their future.

Policewoman's unstable marriage

The deceased's sister disclosed that their relationship was unstable, and most times, the man had to leave their home and go back to his parents due to incessant fights and arguments.

"Sometimes she would chase him away and he would come home to us then after sometime, the woman would give him a call and tell him to return to their marital home. She would tell him that their kids were missing him. She would even send him transport money," the bereaved sister said.

The family is now demanding justice following the tragic death of their kin in the shooting incident.

The deceased's mother also revealed her last conversation with her son before his death.

"He told me that his wife had returned home from work and was angry because her mother had scolded her for being with him. We did not talk again until in the morning when I heard that he had been murdered," she said.

Neighbours narrate ordeal

Speaking to the press after the horrific incident, the neighbours narrated how the couple had had a strained relationship in their marriage.

The female law enforcer had, on several occasions, vowed to harm someone, making her husband leave their marital home for some time.

Neighbours said the duo had long-standing differences and often fought since moving into the rental house a year ago.
