Kennedy Rapudo Admits to Assaulting Amber Ray: "We Were Drunk"

Rapudo took to his Insta Stories to confirm the split after Amber recently said she was suffering in private, accusing him of being toxic.

"I have always been a champion for love and marriage, knowing too well the joys of having a family. Having kids that look up to you, cherish and adore you because all you can do is give them what you never had, plus much more... The love and unity that a marriage should stand on becomes blurred, and eventually, it leaves you drained," she wrote in part.
She added:
"For my own sake, I have to choose me. "I know it will be a long couple of days/weeks for me, but I'd rather be at peace inside than project a false haven on the outside. I'd rather speak my truth than let gossip tarnish what I have built for me and my family thus far. Things in my household have not been okay... but they will be. My family will be okay. And eventually, I will be okay."
In his post, Rapudo noted that their relationship was not perfect.
"Like any other marriage, we have had our moments of ups and downs and ours wasn't perfect either. A lot has been said but I've not had the strength to address it," he wrote in part.
The father of three said he regretted his actions, apologising for assaulting Amber.
"We have separated over an accident that happened while we were both drunk. It is an event that should have never happened and I feel very sorry and in deep regret that it happened to the person that I swore to protect and love with all that I had," he said.
Rapudo denied being violent, saying he should not be judged by one incident.
"I am raising two beautiful girls and I will never advocate for any domestic violence or gender based violence," he added.
Rapudo admitted being in the wrong, vowing to raise his children the best way he can and fight for his family off social media.
"To the mother of my beautiful daughter, I am deeply sorry and sincerely regret my action in that moment of weakness," he said.

The father of three-to-be went on one knee to propose during Amber's baby shower in June and vowed to stick with her till death.
Rapudo said he was madly in love with the socialite, saying no matter the fights, he would always return to her. After the second proposal, he begged her never to remove the ring.
