What the Samsonite Omni PC Spinner Carry on doesn’t have, however, is a laptop pocket or complete waterproofing. If you’re not a business traveler and you don’t plan on putting your bag through wet conditions, then these points won’t be a factor for you. 🌊 Weather-Proof Materials (4/5 Stars) – I love tossing the bags I’m reviewing in the shower to see how they hold up. In the case of the Omni PC, while the shell is completely waterproof, the zippers are not. While there was only a little bit of water inside the bag, it should be noted that, in a torrential downpour, your things might get damp. But Samsonite doesn’t claim this bag is waterproof anyway.

Choosing the best international carry on luggage very much depends on who you are and why you’re traveling. 

Do you travel for business or often bring your laptop along? Then spring for a tech compartment. Do you often get yourself in fun situations involving nature and bumpy buses? Then make sure you get a waterproof hard shell.

Of course, you should consider your budget before making your definitive purchase decision but keep in mind the cost per use.
