Google Chrome for Android Phones Avialable Now (BETA)

Chrome available for Android Google recently announced its Chrome browser release for android Phone.

Today, we’re introducing Chrome for Android Beta, which brings many of the things you’ve come to love about Chrome to your Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone or tablet.

 

All Android users awaited for this app on their Android phones, however few lucky ones might be able to grab chrome on their Android phones. As I am saying lucky ones, that means it’s not available to all Android phones. We have some good news and bad news for android users.

Good News:

Chrome browser for Android claims to be fast and simple, which does work as it claims. Chrome on Android can be synchronized with chrome in desktop and other Google integrated services like YouTube and other Google services, etc.

Bad News:

Chrome is available only on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest version of Android 4.0. It does not support Flash, nor does it supports extensions or plug-ins.

Google Chrome browser has been a popular and most widely used browser on PC. The reason behind its growth and popularity is due to its simplicity, speed and other add-on features, which make browsing experience better. Google been busy for a while since it was busy building Chrome browser for its Android, and finally, they announced a beta version of Chrome for Android phone.

Google claims that the chrome on Android will give you the same experience like chrome on the desktop. However, since it’s in beta stage some features are still lacking like flash and plug-ins. The other features which it supports are Search fast, Sync, tab navigation, incognito mode, link preview and browser session. In addition to these features, Chrome also supports the latest HTML5 feature on the android platform.

In case you’re running an android 4.0+ Ice Cream Sandwich on Mobile phone or tablet, then try chrome on the android platform which is available and can be downloaded. However, there might be some regional restriction. As of now, android is available for the following locations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
