Our advice lessons for 2024 are now open.
One-to-one Principal-Study lessons are at the heart of any conservatoire course. An advice lesson here at RCS gives you the chance to experience the RCS working environment and assess the suitability for conservatoire education. It can also be used as a mock/advice audition.
Advice Lessons are available in person at our Renfrew Street campus or online via Microsoft Teams. The conservatoire arranges advice lessons with its teaching staff for £40 per 30mins.

To make a payment for an advice lesson, please follow this link: Advice Lesson Payment Link, (Please note, we are still waiting for the payment link to be created, this will be updated in due course).
Arranging advice lessons is dependent on the availability of staff. As such, it is often not possible, or takes significantly longer, to arrange advice lessons outside of term time. If we cannot organise a lesson for you within 28 days, then we will refund you your payment fee (if we have already received a payment receipt from you as proof of purchase).

Advice Lessons Payment
Pay online through the RCS Box Office. Clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button below will take you to an online shopping basket with one advice/consultation lesson (at £40) automatically added to the cart. If you are paying for more than one lesson, then you can simply edit the quantity.
We are currently not taking any new advice lesson bookings. The payment link will be available here when they reopen.
Unfortunately we no longer offer the option to pay by bank transfer. If you can’t make a card payment, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we can advise on how to move forward.
