Malam Penganugerahan Penghargaan Subroto Awards 2023 telah digelar pada Jumat (29/9) sebagai puncak acara Hari Jadi Pertambangan dan Energi Ke-78. Subroto Awards merupakan ajang penghargaan tertinggi yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun oleh Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), dan diikuti oleh semua perusahaan pertambangan di Indonesia, untuk mengapresiasi
kinerja dan pencapaian-pencapaian terbaik yang terjadi di dalam industri pertambangan di Indonesia.
Sebelumnya, pada 6 September 2023, tim Departemen Lingkungan dipimpin langsung Manajer Lingkungan Widi Wijaya mewakili NHM, hadir dalam pertemuan daring bersama Tim Penilai Subroto Awards 2023 dari Kementerian ESDM, dan perwakilan-perwakilan perusahaan tambang dari seluruh Indonesia. ” Agenda utama dari acara tersebut adalah untuk mempresentasikan inisiatif inovasi yang telah dijalankan NHM sejak tahun 2022, di bidang persemaian dan pembibitan Nursery,” Kata Superintendent lingkungan, Rosmini Djufry.
Rosmini mengatakan pembuatan MOL dilakukan tim Lingkungan NHM khususnya tim waste management dengan mengolah kembali limbah nasi basi, atau sisa nasi yang tidak habis dikonsumsi karyawan di Site Gosowong, di mana rata-rata, sekitar 50-100 kg limbah nasi sisa dihasilkan setiap harinya.
Dirinyapun mengaku inisiatif inovasi ini memberikan manfaat positif dalam menunjang kegiatan di Nursery dan area revegetasi. Pertumbuhan vegetatif menjadi lebih cepat, tanaman tumbuh sehat dengan warna daun hijau segar. Selain itu, volume timbunan sampah organik, khususnya sampah nasi juga dapat berkurang karena dimanfaatkan kembali untuk proses ini. Lanjut Rosmini, proses pembuatannya juga dilakukan secara alamiah, tidak menggunakan bahan kimia dan aman dilakukan dalam jangka panjang terhadap pekerja dan lingkungan. Dari sisi biaya, inisiatif ini tentunya juga mampu
menekan pengeluaran dalam proses pemeliharaan tanaman secara signifikan. “Pertama, kami ucapkan rasa syukur yang luar biasa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa karena atas campur tangannya kami meraih capaian di ajang Subroto Awards 2023. Kedua, apresiasi atas loyalitas, kegigihan dan dedikasi tim Lingkungan untuk mengembangkan ide-ide kreatifnya yang dituangkan dalam bentuk kerja nyata. Ketiga terima kasih kepada BOD dan jajaran Manajemen NHM dukungan semua pihak di Tambang Emas Gosowong,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, Manajer Lingkungan NHM, Widi Wijaya menambahkan Tentunya masih banyak yang akan kami kembangkan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan, termasuk di area Nursery.
