PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Jika mendengar gelaran festival di bulan suci Ramadan, maka yang terbayangkan di alam pikiran adalah ritual menyalakan api saat menyambut malam Lailatul Qadar yang sesungguhnya juga terdapat di berbagai daerah di Nusantara, termasuk di wilayah Maluku Utara seperti Ternate.
Bagi masyarakat Ternate dan sebagian besar masyarakat Moloku Kie Raha, tradisi ini dikenal dengan istilah malam Ela-ela, yaitu sebuah ritual bercorak Islam yang ditandai dengan aktivitas menyalakan api di depan rumah pada malam ke-27 bulan suci Ramadan yang dinanti sebagai malam penuh kemuliaan.
Ritualitas malam Lailatul Qadar tersebut merupakan tradisi turun-temurun yang telah berlangsung ratusan bahkan ribuan tahun silam sejak Islam terlembaga dalam struktur pranata adat Kesultanan Ternate khususnya maupun kerajaan awal di bumi Moloku Kie Raha.
Dalam pandangan doktrinal ajaran Islam disebut sebagai malam yang sebaik-baiknya dari seribu bulan. Atas alasan inilah, kaum muslimin kemudian berlomba-lomba semakin meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaannya sembari melakukan berbagai bentuk peribadatan seolah mengharapkan pahala dan amal termasuk juga melakukan i’tikaf di berbagai masjid.
Ritualitas pada malam ke-27 Ramadan tersebut (meskipun sebagian lagi meyakini malam ini jatuh pada malam ganjil 10 hari terakhir Ramadan), yang pasti menjemput datangnya malam Ela-ela menjadi momentum yang penuh kemuliaan serta keberuntungan karena malam tersebut merupakan malam yang sakral dan istimewa.
Oleh karenanya, telah menjadi tradisi yang dilakukan secara turun-temurun pada setiap malam Ela-ela tersebut dalam berbagai bentuk perayaan di kalangan masyarakat.
Beberapa di antaranya cara masyarakat Ternate merayakan datangnya malam tersebut adalah sesama warga, sanak saudara, dan anggota keluarga saling mendatangi satu rumah ke rumah lainnya untuk menjalin silaturahmi, memaafkan antara sesama satu dengan lainnya.
Tradisi ini nampak semakin pudar di masa kini, sulit rasanya melihat kecenderungan para warga yang masih mempertahankan budaya tersebut sebab yang nampak adalah orang semakin memenuhi berbagai pusat perbelanjaan, pertokoan hingga pasar kaki lima yang menjajakan berbagai jenis pakaian hingga berbagai jenis jajanan kue serta aksesoris rumah tangga.
Jalan di setiap sudut kota penuh sesak dengan berbagai jenis kendaraan dan berbagai jenis rupa manusia lintas usia, dari anak kecil hingga tua renta seolah sibuk mencari persiapan lebaran.
Pada beberapa tempat yang dapat kita amati, arti penting malam Lailatul Qadar begitu semarak yang ditandai dengan tradisi menyalakan api di depan rumah penduduk, sehingga menjadi sesuatu unsur kebudayaan daerah yang menarik tak sekadar dirasa penting untuk meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan kepada sang Pencipta, tetapi juga dapat dikembangkan sebagai momentum guna meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke daerah ini.
Guna memenuhi alasan tersebut, pada momentum Ramadan tahun ini, LSM Buku Bendera dan Panitia Pelaksana Festival Ramadan Ma Parada (FRP) akan menyelenggarakan FRP ke-III tahun 2003 yang berkolaborasi (chip in) dengan Manajemen Literasi Digital Maluku Utara pada tanggal 9 sampai 14 April 2023 di lapangan Ngaralamo Ternate.
Berbagai program acara akan digelar selama festival berlangsung, antara lain Talkshow Makin Cakap Digital, Safari Ramadan, Khitanan, Khatam Qur’an, Tablig Akbar, serta berbagai jenis lomba, seperti lomba Tilawah, Azan, Dai Cilik, Hafiz Qur’an, Busana Muslim, Gendang Sahur, dan Kaligrafi dengan sejumlah hadiah yang diperuntukkan bagi para peserta pemenang lomba.
Ternate, Alma’rifat wa Ismuhu Ghafilun, adalah sebuah negeri yang keberadaannya mewarisi nilai hakekat di balik pandangan doktrinal syariat. Ternate adalah sebuah negeri yang kaya akan sumber pengetahuan namun tersembunyi bagi kita.
Falsafah Toma Ua Hang Moju, Koa Idadi Susira (apa yang mula-mula ada, sebelum adanya ada) adalah sebuah perbendaharaan pengetahuan yang tersembunyi di ruang dan waktu yang dirahasiakan terkecuali bagi mereka yang menggunakan akal (praksis literasi) dan imannya untuk memaknai pelajaran dari segala peristiwa dan hukum alam disekitar kita.
Ketua LSM Buku Bendera sekaligus Pembina Festival Ramadan Ma Parada, Firman Mudaffar Sjah, mengatakan festifal ini bertujuan meningkatkan hubungan persaudaraan antara umat beragama guna selalu menjaga keutuhan dan kesatuan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara.
“Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini semata-mata dilakukan untuk menyambut bulan suci Ramadan dengan penuh kegembiraan. Kegembiraan itu akan diimplementasikan ke dalam item-item yang bernuansa keislaman dan budaya lokal serta selalu meningkatkan hubungan silaturahmi dan menyatukan perbedaan,” tuturnya.
“Pada FRP tahun 2023 kali ini juga kami berkolaborasi dengan Manajemen Project Literasi Digital Provinsi Maluku Utara untuk mengampanyekan akin Cakap Digital,” pungkasnya saat press conference, Minggu (26/3), di Pandopo Kadato Ici Buku Bendera.
Jongky Wayrooy selaku Ketua Panitia FRP 2023 mengatakan, kegiatan ini akan berlangsung pada tanggal 9-14 April 2023 di Lapangan Ngaralamo Ternate dengan menampilkan berbagai rangkaian acara lomba dengan hadiah yang menarik tentunya.
Senada dengan itu, Safira Denita selaku Project Asistant Literasi Digital Maluku Utara menambahkan, FRP 2023 akan diwarnai dengan salah satu gerakan literasi dalam rupa kampanye Makin Cakap Digital melalui Talkshow Makin Cakap Digital sebagai langkah adaptif di era transformasi digital yang semakin menggeliat saat ini.
