NHM Sosialisasi Program PPM 2023-2029 dan Penyusunan Rencana Kerja tahun 2023

Kegiatan sosialisasi PPM oleh PT.NHM

PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals (NHM) menggelar sosialisasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat (PPM) tahun 2023-2029 dan penyusunan rencana kerja tahun 2023 yang dilaksanakan pada 17-19 Maret 2023.

Penasehat Komunikasi PT. NHM Ramdani Sirait mengatakan, kegiatan sosialisasi ini difokuskan kepada lima kecamatan di wilayah lingkar tambang yakni Kecamatan Kao, Kao Utara, Kao Barat, Malifut dan Kao Teluk.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang akan dilakukan NHM dari tahun 2023 sampai 2029 kepada para pemangku kepentingan di kecamatan dan desa tersebut

Dikatannya, pembuatan program-program pemberdayaan ini sudah melalui proses panjang mulai dari observasi lapangan hingga menggali informasi melalui proses focus group discussion (FGD) secara bertingkat.

“FGD tahap pertama dilakukan di 5 kecamatan yang melingkupi 83 desa lingkar tambang dan diikuti sebanyak 207 informan yang terdiri dari Camat, Kades, BPD, pemuda, paguyuban guru, tenaga kesehatan, kepala adat, PPL, UPTD dan badan usaha milik Dldesa (Bumdes),” Ungkapnya kepada wartawan, Sabtu (18/3).

Untuk FGD tahap dua dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk sinkronisasi gagasan dan rencana program PPM antara NHM dengan pemerintah daerah dari tingkat Kabupaten Halmahera Utara dan Provinsi Maluku Utara.
Program PPM yang disosialisasikan NHM ini dikategorikan dalam 8 bidang program PPM, yaitu pendidikan, kesehatan, pendapatan riil, kemandirian ekonomi, sosial budaya, lingkungan hidup, kelembagaan komunitas, dan infrastruktur.

Dari kedelapan bidang tersebut, NHM menurunkannya ke dalam 22 program yang akan dijalankan secara bertahap mulai tahun 2023 hingga tahun 2029. Kegiatan penyusunan rencana kerja diselenggarakan di Gosowong, Halmahera Utara.

“Acara ini dihadiri oleh perwakilan 83 desa yang terdiri dari kepala desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan tokoh agama. Kelima camat lingkar tambang juga turut hadir,” pungkasnya. (fnc)
