PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, berharap agar kebijakan pemerintah pusat (Pempus) terkait penghapusan tenaga honorer di seluruh Indonesia dipertimbangkan
Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kepulauan Sula, Muhlis Soamole, mengatakan kebijakan ini berlaku sejak tahun 2022 untuk pembatasan penerimaan tenaga honorer di masing-masing daerah.
Namun di beberapa instansi Pemkab Sula ini membutuhkan tenaga honorer yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk membantu kinerja di masing-masing OPD.
“Jadi soal kebutuhan tenaga honorer di tahun 2024, ada kebijakan pemerintah pusat terkait dengan status honorer itu sendiri,” ujarnya kepada wartawan, Selasa (7/3).
Menurutnya, kebijakan Pempus terkait dengan status honorer yang dimaksudkan adalah mengakomodir mereka melalui PPPK ASN.
“Walaupun belum diakomodir dalam PPPK maupun ASN, tetapi tenaga honorer itu dibutuhkan dalam instansi Pemkab Sula, karena ada bidang-bidang di OPD yang membutuhkan tenaga teknis serta yang lainnya,” katanya.
Sehingga itu, harus ada kebijakan Pemda untuk tetap mempertahankan tenaga honorer dalam membantu kerja tugas daerah.
“Olehnya itu, atas nama Pemkab Sula berharap ada kebijakan yang baik dari pemerintah pusat,” harapnya. (ish/tan)
