PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tim penyelidik bidang tindak pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara menelusuri dugaan korupsi anggaran preservasi jalan di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara, Halmahera Barat, dan Halmahera Timur.
Di mana proyek preservasi jalan di tiga kabupaten itu dianggarkan sebesar Rp 21 miliar yang melekat pada Balai Pelaksana Jalan Nasional (BPJN) Wilayah I.
Pada Jumat (27/1), tim penyelidik memeriksa BL, salah satu rekanan pada proyek tersebut.
Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga saat dikonfirmasi secara terpisah oleh wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Sabtu (28/1) mengatakan, BL diperiksa terkait pekerjaan preservasi jalan di tiga kabupaten.
“Kasus ini setahu saya masih lid (penyelidikan),” katanya.
Menurut dia, kasus ini sebelumnya ditangani Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara. Namun karena titik pekerjaan itu terdapat di tiga wilayah kabupaten.
Pihaknya masih mendalami dan akan melakukan panggilan terhadap pihak lainnya.
“Untuk pihak lain masih dipanggil lagi atau tidak, nanti saya tanyakan lagi ke tim,” tukasnya.
Sementara Kepala Kejari Halut, Agus Wirawan Eko Saputro menuturkan, penanganan kasus preservasi jalan telah diserahkan ke Kejati, karena pekerjaannya berada di tiga wilayah.
“Kalau pekerjaan itu hanya di Halut saja, maka sudah ditingkatkan ke tahap penyidikan. Hanya saja wilayah tiga kabupaten, maka kita serahkan ke Kejati,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
