PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, diduga telah melakukan pemotongan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan (Tamsil) triwulan IV.

Berdasarkan informasi dihimpun Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) di lapangan, pemotongan yang dilakukan oleh dinas terkait sebesar Rp 56.500 dari jumlah penerima guru sebanyak 638 orang yang disebut untuk pembayaran pajak. Namun rupanya pemotongan ini bervariasi.

Salah seorang guru di Jailolo saat dikonfirmasi mengaku, bahwa Tamsil yang ia terima seharusnya sebesar Rp 700.000, namun dipotong dari dinas sebesar Rp.49.000, sehingga diterima hanya Rp.651.000

“Sebenarnya triwulan IV ini diterima pada bulan Desember 2022 kemarin, tapi karena molor akhirnya diterima di pertengahan Januari 2023 ini,” katanya, Senin (16/1).

Ia mengatakan, alasan pemotongan Tamsil dari dinas terkait lantaran uang pajak senilai Rp 11 juta salah disetor, sehingga tidak bisa dikembalikan lagi. Untuk mencairkan dana sebesar itu, pajaknya harus Rp 11 juta.

“Karena sudah tidak ada dana, makanya ditarik manual. Rapat ini akan membahas hal itu,” ujarnya.

“Tamsil yang diterima pada triwulan sebelumnya ditransfer lewat rekening, namun baru kali ini disuruh datang ke dinas dan diserahkan secara tunai oleh pihak Disdikbud Halbar,” sambungnya.

Sementara itu, guru lainnya mengaku kecewa karena tamsilnya harus dipotong. Menurut dia, tamsil triwulan IV periode Oktober-Desember 2023 yang seharusnya dibayar pada Desember akhir malah dibayar pada pertengahan Januari 2023.

“Kita diundang datang ke Disdikbud untuk pembayaran Tamsil triwulan IV. Ternyata setelah terima yang seharusnya perbulan Rp 250.000 ketika menerima sebanyak tiga bulan malah dipotong sebesar Rp 56.500 untuk satu triwulan,” sesalnya.

Terpisah, Bendahara Pengeluaran Disdikbud Halbar, Insani, mengaku alasan pemotongan Tamsil tersebut karena diakhir 2022 lalu pihaknya mengalami tumpukan pekerjaan yang begitu padat, sehingga terjadi kesalahan pembayaran pajak.

“Jadi kenapa ada pemotongan, karena di akhir tahun kemarin kita mengalami tumpukan pekerjaan yang begitu padat, sehingga ada kesalahan pembayaran pajak yang di mana sisa swit dana itu masuk di kelebihan pajak atau billing-nya kelebihan,” akunya.

Selain itu, Insani mengaku pihaknya sudah mencoba mengonfirmasi terkait kesalahan pembayaran pajak ke Bank BPD, tetapi disampaikan bahwa kesalahan pembayaran tersebut sudah di-debt ke kas negara.

“Ketika kita konfirmasi ke Bank BPD, mereka bilang itu sudah di-debt ke rekening pajak yang masuk ke kas negara, dan dana itu akan dikembalikan, hanya saja pengurusannya agak panjang karena ini masuk ke rekening pajak kas negara,” katanya.

Menurutnya, karena anggaran Tamsil yang ditransfer terjadi kekurangan, maka pihaknya menginisiatif untuk tarik tunai dan pembayarannya dilakukan secara manual.

“Jadi yang diterima saat ini hanya sebesar Rp 712.000, maka kami menjanjikan di pembayaran Tamsil berikutnya ditambah dengan yang dipotong sebelumnya,” tutupnya. (adi/tan)
