PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri Ternate telah menerima berkas tiga tersangka dugaan korupsi anggaran Perusda Ternate Bahari Berkesan (TBB).
Ketiga tersangka itu adalah mantan Direktur Holding Company TBB TW alias Temi, IE alias Iksan Efendi, dan RA alias Ramdani.
Juru bicara PN Ternate, Kadar Noh kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, berkas ketiga pelaku itu telah dilimpahkan pada Jumat pekan kemarin dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate.
āHari ini didaftarkan di sistem dan sudah ada penunjukan majelis hakim. Ketua majelisnya adalah Pak Rudi Wibowo, anggotanya saya dan Pak Yakob. Selanjutnya menunggu jadwal sidang,” kata Kadar, Senin (16/1).
Sebelumnya tiga mantan Direktur Perusda TBB diduga melakukan korupsi dan ditahan penyidik Kejati Maluku Utara. dari hasil penyelidikan dan penyidikan, perbuatan ketiganya mengakibatkan kerugian negara miliaran rupiah. (gon/ask)
