PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Maluku Utara membidik tersangka lain dalam kasus dugaan pemotongan dana desa (DD) di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu.
Di mana kasus tersebut Polda Malut telah menetapkan satu tersangka, yakni ATK, selaku mantan Kabid Perbendaharaan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Taliabu yang saat ini telah menjabat Kadis PMD.
Direktur Reskrimsus Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Afriadi kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, pihaknya masih melakukan pengembangan terhadap kasus tersebut. Sebab saat ini berkas kasus tersebut sudah di Kejaksaan dan menunggu P21.
“Saat ini kita melakukan pengembangan terhadap kasus tersebut. Tapi perkembangnnya nanti kita lihat. Untuk perkembangannya belum tahu, tapi nanti kita rilis,” ujar Afriadi, Selasa (10/1).
Menurutnya, penanganan kasus pemotongan dana desa itu belum selesai dan masih dilanjutkan di luar tersangka yang sudah ada.
“Kita kembangkan lagi,” ungkapnya.
Sementara untuk berkas kasus tersebut telah dikirim ke jaksa, namun belum P-21.
“Berkas yang dikirim ke jaksa belum balik, kita tunggu perkembangan, mudah-mudahan P-21. Kalau berkasnya dinyatakan P-21, makan kita serahkan tersangka dan barang bukti,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, kasus dugaan pemotongan DD ini terjadi pada tahun 2017 lalu senilai 4 miliar lebih. Saat ini penyidik Ditrerimsus telah melakukan pemeriksaan saksi sebanyak 284 orang yang terdiri dari 71 Kades, Sekertaris Desa (Sekdes), Bendahara dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Pultab.
Dana tersebut, informasinya ditransfer ke rekening CV Syafaat Perdana melalui BRI Unit Bobong pada Sabtu 8 Juli 2017. CV Syafaat Perdana juga diketahui milik ATK. (gon/ask)
