PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara menangani 6 perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi selama tahun 2022.
Kepala Kejari Halut, Agus Wirawan Eko Saputro, mengatakan penanganan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi selama tahun 2022 terdapat 6 perkara. Ini terdiri dari tiga perkara masih dalam tahap penyelidikan, dua perkara sudah penyidikan, sedangkan pra penuntutan satu perkara.
“Tiga kasus masih dalam tahap penyelidikan terdiri dari preservasi jalan diserahkan ke Kejati (Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara, dana Desa Wateto dan Dana Desa Gisi,” katanya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Selasa (20/12).
Menurut dia, dari penanganan perkara tersebut terdapat jumlah tersangka sebanyak 10 orang dan yang sudah dieksekusi 6 orang. Sedangkan uang yang dititipkan ke penyidik untuk disetorkan ke kas negara sejumlah 40 juta.
“Para tersangka lebih memilih kurungan daripada membayar uang pengganti. Perkara tahun ini meningkat dari tahun 2021 yang hanya 4 perkara,” jelasnya. (gon/ask)
