PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate telah melimpahkan berkas kedua tersangka dugaan korupsi kegiatan Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas) tahun 2018 ke Pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri Ternate.
Ini artinya, tak lama lagi kedua tersangka itu akan menjalani persidangan.
Kedua tersangka itu adalah mantan Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kadispora) Kota Ternate sekaligus Sekertaris panitia, SH alias Sukarjan, dan YC selaku Direktur CV NK yang merupakan tim kreatif pada kepanitiaan Nasional kegiatan Haornas.
Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) Rabu (7/12) tadi mengatakan, setelah berkas tersebut dilimpahkan, selanjutnya menunggu penetapan jadwal sidang dari pengadilan.
“Kalau dari Jaksa sudah siap untuk sidang. Surat dakwaan sudah siap juga, tinggal menunggu jadwal sidang,” kata Aan.
Aan menambhakan, untuk sementara ini masih dua tersangka. Selanjutnya nanti akan dilihat fakta persidangan.
“Nanti kita lihat fakta persidangan seperti apa, kan belum tahu fakta lain seperti apa,” tandasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, penyidik Kejari Ternate telah melakukan pemeriksaan sejumlah saksi baik di tingkat Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenpora) RI maupun Dispora Kota Ternate. Kegiatan Haornas bersumber dari dua anggaran, yakni Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) senilai Rp 2,5 miliar dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Ternate senilai Rp 2,8 miliar.
Kegiatan ini berjalan tahun 2018. Disaat itu, mendiang Burhan Abdurahman masih menjabat Wali Kota Ternate dan Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) sekaligus Ketua Tim Anggarannya adalah M. Tauhid Soleman yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Wali Kota Ternate. M. Tauhid Soleman juga pada saat itu selalu Ketua Panitia Haornas. (gon/ask)
