PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dana Partisipasi Pembangunan Kelurahan (DPPK) pada 78 kelurahan dari 8 kecamatan di Kota Ternate tidak bisa dicairkan.
Kepala BPKAD Kota Ternate, Abdullah Hi. Saleh, mengatakan pencairan anggaran sudah disiapkan, hanya saja dasar pencairan harus ada surat perintah membayar (SPM) dari pihak kecamatan.
“Kan dasar surat perintah pencairan dana (SP2D) harus SPM dulu, namun sampai saat ini belum ada SPM dari kecamatan untuk mencairkan DPPK ini,” ujar Abdullah saat diwawancarai wartawan, Kamis (24/11).
Menurut Abdullah, untuk mengeluarkan uang harus ada dasar permintaan. Bahkan dari seluruh 8 kecamatan di Kota Ternate ini belum melakukan permintaan ke keuangan, sehingga itu yang menjadi kendala.
“Yang jelas anggaran DPPK sudah tersedia untuk sebanyak 78 Kelurahan. Masing-masing kelurahan mendapat Rp 100 juta, tinggal menunggu pihak kecamatan untuk secepatnya melakukan permintaan agar supaya dicairkan,” tandasnya. (udi/tan)
