PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Desakan copot Direktur Utama (Dirut) PDAM Ake Gaale Kota Ternate mendapat dukungan dari dewan pengawas (Dewas) PDAM.
Dukungan ini disampaikan Sekretaris Dewas PDAM, Chalid Thaib saat mendampingi Wali Kota M. Tauhid Soleman menemui ratusan pegawai di Kantor PDAM, Senin (14/11) sore tadi.
Chalid menuturkan, kebijakan Dirut terkait penghapusan tunjangan pegawai dilakukan secara sepihak. Sebab keputusan itu belum ada kesepakatan dari pihak Dewas.
Terkait dengan aksi yang dilakukan para pegawai, ia menegaskan Dewas akan mengawal Sampai tuntas. Untuk itu, ia meminta kepada para pegawai untuk tetap bekerja seperti biasa.
“Kami berharap karyawan masuk kerja seperti biasa untuk menyelamatkan kepentingan pelayanan warga Kota Ternate,” harapnya.
Chalid juga meminta kepada kuasa pemilik modal (KPM) mengambilalih sepenuhnya terkait masalah ini untuk mengembalikan hak-hak karyawan
“Hak-hak karyawan harus dikembalikan. Kebijakan direktur memang betul, tapi tidak melihat sisi lain. Ini juga harus koordinasi dengan Dewas, jangan ambil langkah sendiri,” tukasnya.
“Jadi dari Dewan Pengawas meminta Wali Kota Ternate agar mencopot Direktur Utama PDAM,” pintanya.
Sementara itu, Wali Kota Ternate M. Tauhid Soleman saat menemui para pegawai PDAM menyampaikan, memberikan waktu kepada pihak Direksi PDAM) selama empat hari untuk menyelesaikan persolan ini.
Tauhid juga akan mengambil alih untuk menyelesaikan bersama dengan melibatkan Sekda, Bagian Hukum, Bagian Ekonomi, Direksi dan Dewas untuk membahas masalah tersebut.
“Pemotongan gaji dan insentif ini dikembalikan dari nol atau dari awal untuk memperbaiki kembali, supaya mencari solusi yang terbaik agar masalah selesai,” ujarnya.
Wali Kota juga minta agar pelayanan tetap dilanjutkan, sehingga tidak menyusahkan para pelanggan. (udi/ask)
