PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Mantan Kepala Desa Sangaji Nyeku, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, Alfret, mengembalikan temuan penyalahgunaan Dana Desa tahap tiga tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 14.464.200.
Temuan tersebut berdasarkan hasil penyidikan dari Kejaksaan Negeri Halmahera Barat. Di mana sebelumnya Kejari telah menetapkan tiga orang tersangka, yakni mantan Pj. Kades, Sekretaris dan Bendahara Desa Sangaji Nyeku.
Pengembalian dilakukan di Kantor Kejari Halbar, Kamis (10/11) kemarin, yang disaksikan Kepala Kejari Kusuma Jaya Bulo, Kasi Pidsus Munir Supriyadi, Kasi Datun Ahmad Luthfi Firdaus, Kasi Intel Edy Djuebang, dan Kasi Barang Bukti Usman, serta dihadiri pihak Inspektorat Halbar.
Kepala Kejari Halbar Kusuma Jaya Bulo kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup(NMG) mengatakan, berdasarkan hasil penyidikan oleh Jaksa bekerja sama dengan Inspektorat ditemukan adanya temuan Rp 14.464.200 tersebut atas kegiatan yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan oleh mantan Kades Sangaji Nyeku, Alfret, dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa tahap tiga tahun 2020.
Dalam kasus penyalahgunaan DD Sangaji Nyeku tahap satu dan dua pihaknya telah menetapkan tiga tersangka dan kini telah ditahan.
Menurutnya, ketiga tersangka tersebut telah diberikan waktu kurang lebih tiga bulan untuk mengembalikan kerugian Negara. Akan tetapi ketiga tersangka tersebut tidak bisa mempertanggungjawabkan pengembalian kerugian negara pada temuan DD tahap satu dan dua senilai Rp 314.000.000.
“Tetapi saya bersyukur, ini contoh untuk teman kades yang lain karena mantan Kades Alfret ini tidak seperti tiga tersangka lainnya dengan niat baik telah mengembalikan temuan senilai Rp 14.464.200 pada pengelolaan Dana Desa tahap tiga 2020, tanpa adanya gugatan dan perdebatan beliau menyadari akan kesalahannya,” jelasnya.
