PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Polres Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula berhasil menyita ratusan botol minuman keras (Miras) jenis cap tikus di area pelabuhan Arang, Desa Fogi, Kecamatan Sanana.
Kapolres Kepulauan Sula, AKBP Cahyo Widyatmoko mengatakan, barang haram itu diamankan oleh personel Pos KPPP kawasan Pelabuhan Regional III Sanana.
Awalnya polisi melakukan pengamanan dan razia terhadap barang-barang bawaan penumpang yang baru saja tiba di Pelabuhan Sanana dengan KM. AL Sudais dari Ternate.
“Selama Giat pengamanan dan pemeriksaan terhadap barang bawaan milik penumpang dan pemeriksaan tidak di temukan adanya Miras,” jelasnya saat diwawancarai, kamis (22/9).
Menurut, Cahyo sekira pukul 12.40. WIT, Polisi mendapat informasi bahwa ada sebuah long boat yang melakukan pemuatan barang haram yang dibuang ke laut oleh KM. AL Sudais dari Ternate.
“Setelah mendapatkan informasi tersebut, Personil Pos KPPP Pelabuhan Regional III Sanana langsung bergerak cepat ke lokasi, ternyata hasilnya ditemukan Miras jenis cap tikus sebanyak 20 dus dengan isi per dus 24 botol dengan total 480 botol dalam kemasan Aqua ukuran 600 mil,” tuturnya.
Atas dasar itu, Cahyo berharap agar masyarakat juga dapat membantu kerja-kerja Polisi dalam memberantas peredaran Miras di Sula.
“Apabila ditemukan tindakan Ilegal seperti begini, segeralah laporkan ke Polres Kepulauan Sula,” imbuh Cahyo. (ish/tan)
