PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Komisi III DPRD Halmahera Barat berencana memanggil Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) untuk meminta penjelasan terkait mobil operasional yang dimodifikasi menjadi mobil pickup.
“Kami akan menyurat ke Plt Kadis Kesehatan untuk menggelar rapat dengar pendapat (RDP), agar mengklarifikasi persoalan yang sebenarnya,” ujar Sekretaris Komisi III DPRD Halbar, Fandi Ibrahim kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Kamis (22/9).
Fandi juga meminta Plt Kadis Kesehatan untuk bertanggung jawab terkait persoalan tersebut. Bahkan, pihaknya menegaskan agar tidak ada unsur kesengajaan untuk menghilangkan status kepemilikan daerah.
“Ini sangat terindikasi, sebab perubahan bentuk mobil tentu berpengaruh pada beberapa atribut Dinkes, sehingga yang ada di mobil itu pun akan ikut hilang. Seharusnya Plt Kadinkes bertanggung jawab akan hal ini,” tegasnya.
Karena itu, Fandi menegaskan bahwa ini termasuk modifikasi ekstrem yang melanggar aturan, karena dicurigai tanpa uji tipe dan izin dari pihak terkait. Jika terbukti, maka ada sanksi pidananya dan pihaknya akan melaporkan ke penegak hukum.
“Ini sudah termasuk perbuatan nakal, karena modifikasi kendaraan bermotor harus sesuai dengan aturan yang tertulis dalam Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, Fandi juga menaruh curiga bahwa mobil berpelat merah dengan nomor polisi DG 8004 MP tersebut sengaja diubah oleh oknum yang mempunyai kewenangan di internal Dinkes.
Atas dasar itu, pihaknya merasa kesal dengan oknum Dinkes tersebut. Ironisnya, mobil yang mulanya lengkap dengan bodi penutup, kini telah dipotong bodinya, sehingga menjadi mobil berbentuk pickup.
“Saya pun tidak tahu maksud dan motivasi modifikasi itu apa, sehingga mobil operasional dinas kesehatan sampai diubah bentuknya,” kesal Fandi. (uum/adi/tan)
