PENAMALUT.COM. TALIABU ā Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Taliabu sudah menangani tiga perkara dugaan korupsi anggara desa. Ketiga desa itu yakni Desa Tubang, Bobong dan Losseng.
Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Taliabu, Nazamudin, mengatakan bahwa tiga kasus ini sudah ditangani dan saat ini terus didalami. Bahkan satu dari tiga kasus ini sudah ditingkatkan ke penyidikan.
“Untuk dugaan korupsi anggran Desa Losseng ini sudah kami tingkatkan dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan,” ungkap Nazamudin kepada wartawan, Jumat (16/9).
Menurut dia, meski sudah ditingkatkan ke penyidikan, namun ini masih bersifat umum dan belum ada penetapan tersangka.
Nazamudin membeberkan, indikasi korupsi anggaran desa di tiga ini sejak beberapa tahun lalu. Di Desa Losseng misalkan, dugaan korupsi itu terjadi pada ADD dan DD tahun 2019 sampai 2021. Pihaknya sudah meminta Inspektorat untuk melakukan audit investigasi.
Sementara untuk Desa Tubang, Kejari baru meminta keterangan terkait perkara penyalahgunaan ADD dan DD 2019 sampai 2020.
“Kepala desanya sudah diperiksa, tinggal kami akan buat kembali pemeriksaan terhadap perangkat desa lainnya untuk dimintai keterangan. Begitu juga dengan dugaan penyalahgunaan ADD dan DD Bobong tahun 2019 dengan 2020,ā pungkasnya. (ysn/ask)
