PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tim penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara maraton memeriksa saksi terkait kasus dugaan korupsi penyertaan modal ke Perusda Ternate Bahari Berkesan. Pemeriksaan ini untuk melengkapi berkas penyidikan jelang penetapan tersangka.
Pada Rabu (14/9) kemarin, lembaga Adhyaksa itu memeriksa mantan Direktur Ternate Bahari Berkesan, Kepala Inspektorat Kota Ternate, dan juga Direktur Perusda saat ini. Sementara Kamis (15/9) hari ini, tim penyidik juga menganggendakan pemeriksaan terhadap Direktur BPRS dan mantan Kepala Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Kota Terane.
Amatan wartawan di lapangan, Direktur Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS), Risdan Harly mendatangi Kantor Kejati pada pukul 09.02 WIT. Tak berselang lama, mantan Kepala DKP, Ruslan Bian, tiba di Kejati pada pukul 09.12 WIT. Hanya saja keduanya belum diambil keterangannya lantaran penyidik masih ada kegiatan. Keduanya akan diperiksa pada siang ini.
Direktur BPRS, Risdan Harly saat ditemui wartawan menuturkan, ia belum tahu terkait apa yang akan ditanyakan penyidik nanti, namun dalam surat itu dipanggil untuk dimintai keterangan sebagai saksi.
Risdan menepis rumor yang beredar bahwa BPRS tidak lagi beroperasi, sebab faktanya sampai saat ini BPRS masih terus beroperasi dan melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Sehingga informasi yang beredar itu, kata dia, tidak benar dan bisa berpengaruh terhadap reputasi perusahaan.
“Saya juga tidak tahu informasi itu dari mana, dan jangan katakan kami anak perusahaan, karena itu di bawa Holding Company. Yang pasti BPRS bukan anak perusahaan dari Holding Company, tapi hanya di bawah koordinator,” ujarnya.
Bahkan, lanjut dia, Holding Company bukan sebagai pemegang saham pada PT. BPRS. Karena eksistensi masih berjalan, dan setiap tahun walaupun sedikit, BPRS masih memperoleh keuntungan serta berkontribusi kepada Pemerintah Kota Ternate.
“Pada tahun 2021 sumbangsi ke PAD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah) kurang lebih Rp 2,2 miliar dari laba, dan di tahun 2020 sekitar Rp 1,8 miliar,” tandasnya.
Sementara Kadis DKP, Ruslan Bian, mengaku panggilan ini terkait dengan Perusda. Ia sudah dipanggil sebanyak tiga kali untuk memberikan keterangan terkait kasus Perusda ini.
Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga yang dikonfirmasi secara terpisah membenarkan pemeriksaan tersebut.
“Benar hari ini Direktur BPRS dan mantan Kadis Kelautan dan Perikanan diperiksa terkait kasus Perusda yang saat ini sedang ditangani,” katanya singkat.
Informasi yang diterima wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Kejati dalam waktu dekat akan menetapkan tersangka kasus penyertaan modal ke perusahaan berplat merah tersebut. Sehingga itu, penyidik sedang fokus melengkapi berkas agar secepatnya ditetapkan tersangka.
Salah satu sumber menyebut kurang lebih ada lima tersangka dalam kasus ini. Namun belum diketahui siapa saja yang bakal menjadi tersangka. Bahkan saat ini Kejati juga telah mengantongi hasil audit terkait kerugian keuangan negara dalam kasus ini. Sebelumnya Kepala Inspektorat juga menyebut ada kerugian negara dalam kasus ini, hanya saja jumlah belum disampaikan. (gon/ask)
