PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Proses penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi jual beli lahan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat yang saat ini sedang ditangani Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halbar sudah hampir rampung.
Kepala Kejari Halbar, Kusuma Jaya Bulo mengatakan, kasus dugaan korupsi jual beli lahan oleh Pemkab Halbar sudah hampir rampung penyidikannya , yakni di angka 99 persen.
Sementara ini penyidik masih menunggu berita acara pemeriksaan (BAP) dari ahli.
“BAP ahlinya belum ada, mungkin masih dipelajari,” katanya saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (13/9).
Menurut dia, ada empat ahli yang akan diundang, mereka adalah ahli hukum pidana, ahli dari lembaga kebijakan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah (LKPP), Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), dan juga Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP).
Kusuma menegaskan dalam kasus jual beli lahan ini pihaknya tidak main-main. Penetapan tersangka, kata dia, pasti akan dilakukan. Sebab perintah Jaksa Agung, hukum itu humanis kebawah tajam keatas.
“Apalagi untuk perkara korupsi. Artinya saya pimpinan tidak main-main dengan kejahatan yang merugikan keuangan Negara, karena itu berdampak ke masyarakat luas,” tegasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, lahan yang dibeli oleh Pemkab Halbar dari anggota DPRD Halbar, Riswan Hi. Kadam yang dihibahkan ke Pemprov Malut seluas 3.760 meter persegi. Lahan tersebut nantinya digunakan untuk pembangunan Kantor UPTD Dinas Pendidikan Malut di Halbar.
Lahan tersebut dibeli menggunakan anggaran APBD tahun 2021 dengan pagu anggaran sebesar Rp 543.061.952.
Dalam perkara dugaan korupsi tersebut, penyidik jaksa menemukan adanya indikasi korupsi. Penyidik juga kini telah meemriksa 10 saksi, termasuk Sekda Halbar Syahril Abdul Rajak, Kepala BPKAD Chuzaemah Jauhar, mantan Kabag Pemerintahan Halbar Demianus Sidete, dan pemilik lahan Riswan Hi.
