PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Upaya Pemkot untuk melelang gedung Plaza Gamalama hingga saat ini masih terkendala. Padahal gedung mewah ini sudah diresmikan mantan Wali Kota mendiang Burhan Abdurrahman sejak 15 Februari 2021 lalu.
Wali Kota Ternate M. Tauhid Soleman sebelumnya juga telah menyampaikan bahwa lelang Plaza Gamalama akan dilakukan pada Agustus 2022 kemarin. Sayangnya, hingga kini gedung berlantai empat itu belum juga dilelang. Bahkan untuk menuju ke pelelangan, masih harus melewati beberapa perbaikan dan tahapan.
Kordinator Tim Appraisal Kota Ternate, Jufri Ali mengatakan, pihaknya akan memanggil Tim Appraisal untuk menilai kondisi Plaza Gamalama. Meski, kata dia, janji Wali Kota M. Tauhid Soleman bahwa Plaza Gamalama harus dilelang pada bulan Agustus kemarin, namun pihak rekanan harus menghubungi pihak perusahaan di pusat untuk melakukan uji kelayakan terhadap lift.
“Walaupun perbaikan tangga sudah jadi, tapi ada sebagian pekerjaan yang sementara masih dilakukan akibat dari kebocoran plafon. Mungkin dalam waktu dekat sudah selesai,” ujar Jufri kepada wartawan, Rabu (14/9).
Menurut Kepala BP2RD ini, seharusnya perencanaan awal itu liftnya sampai lantai empat. Akan tetapi pada saat pekerjaan hanya sampai lantai dua, sehingga ada perubahan.
Sedangkan untuk perhitungan nilai, lanjut Jufri, harus dari Tim Appraisal. Sementara untuk mendatangkan tim Appraisal harus dari BPKAD.
āSebab kalau bukan dari KPKNL, berarti dari konsultan di Jakarta. Tujuan penilaian ini untuk mengetahui kira-kira bangunan sebesar empat lantai itu pada saat dilelang, harga wajarnya berapa ke peminat,ā tuturnya.
“Kemudian BP2RD, Disperindag, PUPR, Bagian Aset dan Kerjasama untuk melakukan rapat dengan pihak ketiga. Kalau sudah dinilai tim Appraisal, barulah diserahkan ke Disperindag agar dicatat sebagai aset Pemerintah Kota Ternate,” pungkasnya. (udi/ask)
