PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kota Ternate telah mengeluarkan jadwal pembentukan panitia pengawasan pemilihan umum (Panwaslu) Kecamatan dalam rangka pemilihan umum (Pemilu) tahun 2024 mendatang sebagaimana yang telah ditetapkan BAwaslu Republik Indonesia.
Ketua Bawaslu Kota Ternate, Kifli Sahlan, mengajak kepada masyarakat untuk mengikuti seleksi Panwaslu tingkat kecamatan di 8 kecamatan yang ada di Kota Ternate.
“Untuk syarat-syaratnya akan Bawaslu umumkan lewat website Bawaslu Kota Ternate, papan informasi dan media. Tetap jadwal pelaksanaan tahapan seleksi Panwascam sesuai time line yang telah disusun oleh Bawaslu RI,” kata Kifli kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Senin (12/9).
Untuk jumlah komisioner Panwascam per kecamatan terdapat tiga orang. Sementara kecamatan yang ada di Kota Ternate sebanyak 8, sehingga total komisioner Panwascam sekitar 24 orang.
“Mereka ini nanti jadi ujung tombak mengawasi proses penyelenggaraan pemilu sampai tahun 2024,” ujarnya.
Berikut jadwal pembentukan panitia Pengawasan Pemilihan Umum Kecamatan (Panwascam) dalam Pemilu serentak tahun 2024:
1. Tahap sosialisasi dimulai pada 10-21 September 2022.
2. Pengumuman pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 15-21 September 2022.
3. Pendaftaran dan penerimaan berkas pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 21-27 September 2022.
4. Penelitian kelengkapan berkas pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 28-30 September 2022.
5. Pengumuman masa perpanjangan pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 1 Oktober 2022.
6. Perpanjangan masa pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 2-8 Oktober 2022.
7. Penerimaan berkas pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 2-8 Oktober 2022.
8. Penelitian berkas adminitrasi pendaftaran calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 9-11 Oktober 2022.
9. Pengumuman hasil penelitian berkas adminitrasi calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 12 Oktober 2022.
10. Tanggapan dan masukan dari masyarakat 12-18 Oktober 2022.
11. Tea tertulis calon anggota Panwaslu 14-16 Oktober 2022.
12. Pengumuman hasil tes tertulis calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 17 Oktober 2022.
13. Pelaksanaan tes wawancara calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan waktu 18-22 Oktober 2022.
14. Pleno penetapan calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 22-23 Oktober 2022.
15. Pengumuman hasil tes wawancara calon anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan 25 Oktober 2022.
16. Pelantikan Panwaslu Kecamatan dan pembekalan Panwaslu Kecamatan 26-28 Oktober 2022.
17. Penyerahan laporan akhir 29-31 Oktober 2022 dan penyerahan laporan akhir ke Bawaslu Provinsi 1-3 November 2022.
