PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Partai Demokrat Maluku Utara menutup rangkaian HUT Partai Demokrat ke 21 dengan kegiatan jalan sehat, pembagian paket sembako, dan doorprize, Minggu (11/9).
Ketua DPD Partai Demokrat Maluku Utara, M. Rahmi Husen mengatakan, kegiatan hari ini merupakan puncak dari semarak HUT Partai Demokrat ke 21, di awali dengan jalan sehat, senam zumba dan ditutup dengan pemberian doorprize kepada pemenang.
“Kita ucapkan selamat kepada pemenang doorprize, dan lanjut pembagian sembako di Kantor DPD Partai Demokrat kurang lebih 150 paket,” ujar Rahmi.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Malut itu juga menuturkan, setelah kegiatan ini pihaknya menuju ke Kecamatan Kayoa, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, untuk membuka pertandingan voli AHY Cup antar kampung dan lomba domino.
“Sebenarnya pembukaan Sabtu kemarin, tapi digeser hari ini, karena kita masih ada kegiatan jalan sehat dan pembagian doorprize. Pertandingan voli ini merupakan rangkaian HUT Partai Demokrat,” tandasnya.
Sebelumnya pihaknya juga telah melaksanakan donor darah, lomba domino, tiktok, brending partai Demokrat dan pembagian paket sembako kepada warga yang tidak mampu, terutama warga yang terdampak langsung dari naiknya harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM).
“Untuk pertandingan domino finalnya kemarin malam, dan hari ini mereka (pemenang) akan menerima bonus,” terang mantan Ketua KPU Malut itu.
Rahmi juga menegaskan bahwa sejak awal Partai Demokrat menolak naiknya harga BBM, karena sangat menyulitkan masyarakat di Indonesia.
“Doakan kami, semoga kami konsisten membela dan memperjuangkan aspirasi rakyat, terutama di Maluku Utara,” pungkasnya. (gon)
