PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Polda Maluku Utara dan Polres jajaran mengungkap bandar judi toto gelap (Togel) di wilayah Malut.
Pengungkapan kasus judi darat dan online ini sebagai tindaklanjut instruksi Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo kepada seluruh Kapolres, Direktur hingga Kapolda di Indonesia.
Kapolda Malut, Irjen Pol Risyapudin Nursin menuturkan, pengungkapan kasus judi togel ini dilakukan baik di Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) maupun di beberapa Polres baik Polres Ternate, Polres Halmahera Utara, Polres Tidore, Polres Halmahera Barat, Polres Halmahera Selatan dan Polres Kepulauan Sula (Kepsul).
“Untuk pengungkapan togel di Ditreskrimum Polda Malut ada satu tersangka berinisial TS (52) yang diringkus pada Minggu (21/8) bertempat di Kelurahan Gamalama, Kecamatan Kota Ternate Tengah,” kata Kapolda didampingi Kabid Humas, Kombes Pol Michael Irwan Thamsil dalam konferensi perss, Senin (22/8) tadi.
Dari tersangka TS, lanjut Kapolda, anggota berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa Handphone, kartu ATM BCA, kupon togel dan dan yang tunai senilai Rp.1.390.000 serta akun togel online dengan saldo senilai Rp 1.091.000. Untuk Polres Ternate menurut Kapolda, ada dua tersangka dengan inisial masing-masing SH alias Mirna (40) seorang ibu rumah tangga (IRT) yang diamankan di Kelurahan Bastiong Karance dan MA alis Amar (47) yang diringkus di Kelurahan Mangga Dua Ternate.
Untuk Polres Halut mengamankan satu tersangka dengan inisial BD alias Badri (26) pada 4 Agustus 2022 dengan barang bukti uang tunai senilai Rp 365.00 serta 5 lembar shio togel dan barang bukti pendukung lain.
Polres Tidore mengamankan satu tersangka dengan inisial MA alias Ako (42) yang diamankan di lingkungan tanah abang, Kelurahan Tuguwaji pada 20 Agustus 2022 dengan barang bukti uang tuani senilai Rp 4.800 dan kartu ATM serta 5 lembar shio togel.
Polres Halbar mengamankan satu tersangka pada 20 Agustus 2022 bertempat di pelabuhan Jailolo dengan inisial AH alis Adi (25) dengan barang bukti uang tunai senilai Rp 1.227.000.
Sementara di Polres Halsel juga mengamankan satu tersangka dengan inisial E alis Emil (39) bertempat di Desa Laiwui Obi, dengan barang bukti uang tunai Rp 1.352.000.
Sedangkan untuk Polres Sul mengamankan 2 tersangka dengan inisial AL alias Yadi (24) bertempat di Desa Fogi, Kecamatan Sanana pada 21 Agustus 2022 dengan barang bukti uang tunai Rp 1.000.000, ATM BRI serta rekaman togel dan MSS alias Saleh (39) diamankan di Desa Wayo, Kecamatan Taliabu Barat dengan barang bukti uang tunai senilai Rp 124.000 beserta ATM yang sisa saldo Rp 187.450.00.
“Ini atensi dari pimpinan baik di tingkat markas besar (Mabes) maupun Polda dan Polres jajaran untuk memberantas habis pelaku judi baik perjudian konvensional maupun online,” tegasnya.
Sementara Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Michael Irwan Thamsil meminta peran serta masyarakat untuk memberikan informasi jika melihat atau mendengar adanya tindakan kejahatan termasuk judi yang terjadi di wilayahnya masing-masing.
“Peran serta maayrakat juga kami harapkan, karena kami tidak bisa bekerja sendiri tanpa adanya dukungan masyarakat,” pintanya. (gon/ask)
