PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Anggaran Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) serentak di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat patut dipertanyakan. Pasalnya, hingga kini Panitia Pilkades tingkat desa hanya menerima honor dua bulan.
Harusnya, honor yang diterima Panitia Pilkades tingkat desa ini selama lima bulan. Bukan hanya itu, Panitia Pilkades tingkat desa juga diberikan anggaran operasional tak seberapa. Akibatnya, Panitia terpaksa berutang untuk kepentingan operasional mereka.
Salah satu Panitia Pilkades Bobanehena, Bahri H. Sangaji kepada wartawan mengungkapkan, pembayaran honor Yang dilakukan Panitia Pilkades tingkat Kabupaten melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (DPMD) tidak sesuai harapan.
“Honor panitia baru dibayar dua bulan. Untuk anggota Rp 700 ribu, dan Rp 900 ribu. Jadi baru terbayar dua bulan, tiga bulan belum dibayar,” ujarnya, Senin (22/8).
Bahri juga mengaku anggaran operasional yang dijanjikan sebesar Rp 7 juta tidak terealisasi sepenuhnya, meskipun sudah diajukan oleh panitia Pilkades tingkat desa, namun tak diakomodir oleh Pihak Panitia tingkat Kabupaten.
“Operasional juga masih kurang, padahal harusnya 7 juta. Yang kami terima hanya 6 juta, jadi masih kurang 1 juta. Kami sudah sampaikan, namun tidak ada respons,” tuturnya.
Dengan kondisi seperti itu, kata Bahri, pihaknya terpaksa mengambil kebijakan dengan cara berutang demi kebutuhan terselenggaranya Pilkades di Desa Bobanehena.
Ia menegaskan pihaknya akan menahan berita acara dan tidak menyerahkan kepada Panitia Pilkades tingkat Kabupaten. Ini sebagai jaminan agar Panitia Pilkades tingkat Kabupaten bias menyelesaikan sisa honor dan anggaran operasional.
“Kami tidak akan menyerahkan berita acara ke kabupaten. Jadi kalau honor sudah dibayar, barulah kami serahkan,” tegasnya. (adi/ask)
