PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Salah satu bangunan milik Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Ternate yang terletak di pelabuhan penyeberangan ke Hiri di Kelurahan Sulamadaha, Kecamatan Ternate Barat, nampaknya sudah rusak.
Bangunan yang dibangun sejak 2020 lalu itu tak kunjung difungsikan dan terbengkalai.
“Bangunan yang berukuran 4Ć5 meter seperti pos penjagaan ini sudah terlihat rusak parah, padahal baru dibangun pada tahun 2020 lalu,” ujar Jusly, salah satu warga Pulau Hiri, Sabtu (13/8).
“Bangunan ini sejak kami beraktivitas pergi pulang Sulamadaha-Pulau Hiri, sekarang sudah kelihatan rusak. Padahal pelabuhan ini baru dibangun,” sambungnya.
Anehnya lagi, kata Jusly, bangunan ini sejak dibangun tak pernah digunakan pihak Dishub, sehingga terkesan abai.
“Padahal dibangun dengan uang negara, tapi tidak dipakai. Olehnya itu, selaku warga, kami sangat kecewa karena pemerintah membangun fasilitas tetapi tidak digunakan tak ditempati,” kesalnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Bidang Perhubungan Laut Dishub Kota Ternate, Nandi Naser mengatakan, bangunan tersebut memang sudah difungsikan, hanya saja akibat gelombang pasang dan cuaca ekstrem waktu itu, sehingga menyebabkan bangunan ini tampak rusak.
“Untuk sementara, aktivitas dipindahkan ke Jikomalamo. Sedangkan untuk anggaran pembangunan nanti tanyakan ke Kadis saja, karena saya masuk bangunan itu sudah ada,” pungkasnya. (udi/tan)
