Kades Totala Jaya Diduga Alihkan Anggaran BLT

PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Masyarakat Totala Jaya, Kecamatan Loloda, Halmahera Barat menggelar aksi tuntutan di depan kantor Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Barat, Rabu (10/8).

Dalam aksi ini, masyarakat meminta Kejari Halbar mengusut kasus terkait dugaan penyalahgunaan anggaran Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) tahun 2022 oleh Kepala Desa Totala Jaya, Fandi Tutu.

Koordinator Aksi Greg Bessy menyampaikan, tindakan yang dilakukan kepala desa ini melanggar hukum, sehingga pihaknya menyambangi kantor Kejari Halbar untuk menindaklanjuti terkait persoalan pembagian BLT tersebut.

“Kami merasa hal ini pasti melanggar hukum, dan seharusnya kades memberi dalam bentuk uang tunai kepada penerima, bukan dalam bentuk barang,” ucapnya.

Menurutnya, penerima BLT sendiri pada 2021 lalu mencapai 25 persen, tetapi pada tahun ini ada penambahan 40 persen sesuai dengan perintah undang-undang.

Selain itu, kata dia, ada penambahan yang tersedia, sehingga 2022 ini penerima BLT di Desa Totala Jaya sebanyak 78 orang. Namun, sejauh ini masyarakat tidak menerima dalam bentuk uang, tetapi kepala desa justru membelanjakan uang tersebut dalam bentuk barang.

“Adapun rincian yang dibelanja ini yaitu, bodi fiber + mesin Rp. 51.600.000, mesin skaf stroom 1×2.000.000, mesin katinting 6×4.000.000, mesin paras 44×2.000.000, sensor kecil 18×3.000.000. Dengan demikian, rata-rata jumlahnya yaitu Rp. 219.600.000,” ujarnya.

Dalam aksi tersebut, pihaknya juga membawa barang bukti yang dibelanjakan oleh kepala desa untuk menunjukan bahwa yang dilakukan kepala desa tersebut sangat melanggar aturan.

Massa aksi tersebut di terima oleh Kepala Kejari Halbar dan melakukan hering. Dalam hering tersebut, Kepala Kejari Halbar Kusumo Jaya Bulo mengatakan kepada massa aksi bahwa kasus korupsi harus mempunyai bukti dan laporan yang lengkap.

Pihaknya kata dia, meminta masyarakat agar bersabar dengan persoalan ini, dan serahkan pada pihak Kejari Halbar.

“Kami akan menindaklanjuti persoalan ini, tetapi kami meminta agar barang bukti berupa dokumen- dokumen diberikan kepada kami, agar diselidiki lebih lanjut,” tutupnya. (adi/uum/tan)
