PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Seorang jemaah haji asal Ternate, Maluku Utara meninggal dunia di tanah suci, Arab Saudi.
Jemaah bernama Simin Bakri Usman dari Kelurahan Jambula, Kecamatan Pulau Ternate ini berpulang pada Rabu (20/7) di Klinik Kesehatan Haji Indonesia (KKHI), pada pukul 19.51 waktu setempat.
“Berdasarkan laporan dari pembimbing ibadah kloter haji, jemaah haji asal Kota Ternate ini meninggal dunia di tanah suci,” kata Kepala Bagian Kesra Setda Kota Ternate, Muhammad Ichsan.
Saat ini, lanjut Ichsan, jenazah almarhum sedang disemayamkan, sebelum dimakamkan di tanah suci.
“Rencananya, jenazah akan disalatkan di Masjidil Haram dan dimakamkan di Makkah sesuai laporan pembimbing kloter 11 asal Ternate,” tutup Ichsan. (udi/tan)
