PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – 11 dari 42 perusahaan tambang yang menjadi temuan Pansus DPRD Provinsi Maluku Utara masih membandel.
Bagaimana tidak, 11 perusahaan tersebut mengabaikan panggilan Pansus DPRD Provinsi Maluku Utara.
Data yang diterima Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), 11 perusahaan tersebut diantaranya PT. NHM, Anugerah Sukses Mining, Sinar Karya Mustika, Fajar Bakti Lintas Nusantara, Barta, Adidaya Tangguh, PBI, Alam Raya Abadi, Format Teknik Mandiri, Youshan Nickel Indonesia, dan Yashi Indonesia Investment.
Ketua Pansus DPRD Malut, Ishak Naser saat diwawancarai menegaskan, perusahaan yang mengabaikan panggilan dan tidak mau memberikan data, maka akan diberikan sanksi tegas sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku.
Salah satu langkah yang akan diambil, kata Ishak, yakni melibatkan Jaksa sebagai pengacara negara.
“Waktu kerja kita sudah berkahir. Tentu tidak ada lagi ruang klarifikasi. Kita akan menyimpulkan bahwa dia (perusahaan) tidak kooperatif. Berarti tidak ada niat baik dia untuk menyelesaikan kewajiban, otomatis kita pake mekanisme yang bisa kita tempuh,” ujarnya, Kamis (30/6) kemarin.
Soal mekanisme yang ditempuh nanti, lanjut politisi Nasdem itu, pertama akan dibuat penagihan berdasarkan data-data yang dimiliki dan tidak akan diberikan ruang klarifikasi lagi.
“Kedua, jika perusahaan masih tetap seperti itu, ya kita akan gunakan jaksa selaku pengacara negara untuk melakukan penagihan,” tegasnya.
Sementara perusahaan yang sudah memenuhi panggilan Pansus, sudah berjanji akan menyerahkan data dan siap membayar tunggakan pajak selama beroperasi.
“Pada prinsipnya mereka sudah menyatakan siap membayar pajak dan menyerahkan data,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
