PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara sudah mengantongi calon tersangka dugaan korupsi anggaran penyertaan modal ke Perusda Ternate Bahari Berkesan.
Meski masih menunggu perhitungan kerugian keuangan negara dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP), namun calon tersangka yang dikantongi penyidik lembaga Adhyaksa itu sudah lebih dari satu orang.
Asisten Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Malut, Muh. Irwan Datuiding mengatakan, untuk penanganan dugaan korupsi Perusda Ternate masih menunggu perhitungan kerugian negara.
“Jadi BPKP masih minta waktu lagi untuk memeriksa lima orang,” ujarnya kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Senin (27/6).
Lima orang itu, kata dia, setelah dimintai keterangan oleh BPKP Perwakilan Malut, baru bisa diserahkan hasilnya. Jika hasil kerugian sudah ada pasti, maka akan mengarah ke tersangkanya.
“Untuk nama tersangka belum, kita masih menunggu hasil dari teman- teman BPKP,” jelasnya.
“Namun untuk gambaran tersangka sudah ada. Yang pasti untuk tersangka lebih dari satu orang,” terangnya.
Sekadar informasi, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Ternate pada tahun 2019 lalu menganggarkan Rp 5 miliar untuk Perusda Bahari Berkesan. Anggaran tersebut dibagi ketiga anak Perusda, yakni PT. BPRS Bahari Berkesan dengan senilai Rp 2 miliar, PT. Alga Kastela Rp 1,2 miliar, dan Apotek Bahari Berkesan Rp 1,8 miliar.
Anggaran tersebut kemudian diduga disalahgunakan. (gon/ask)
