PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Tim penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara segera menetapkan tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi pekerjaan tambatan perahu.
Proyek yang melekat pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Halmahera Utara tahun 2016 itu dianggarkan senilai Rp 1,1 miliar dan diduga terjadi penyelewengan.
Kepala Seksi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Halut)l, Eka J. Hayer mengatakan, penyelidikan kasus tambatan perahu di Desa Dagasuli, Kecamatan Loloda Kepulauan, sudah fainal. Bahkan hasil audit BPK sudah keluar.
“Sementara ini kita dalam proses pemberkasan dan dalam waktu dekat kita akan dilakukan gelar perkara untuk menentukan perkara ini akan di bawa kemana. Jadi teman-teman penyidik sudah siap semua,” katanya kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Kamis (23/6).
Kata Eka, rencana gelar perkara kasus ini dillakukan pada Jumat besok.
“Kalau tidak ada kendala, akan dilaksanakan pada besok hari. Kalau tidak, mungkin Senin pekan depan. Kita juga sudah berkonsultasi dengan penyidik lainnya, tinggal menunggu waktu saja,” jelasnya. (fnc/ask)
