PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak Polres Sula untuk menyelesaikan konflik antara Desa Mangon dan Desa Fatce.
Wakil Bupati Sula, M. Saleh Marasabessy mengatakan, masalah konflik kedua desa ini berawal dari kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kampus STAI Babusalam Sula. Semestinya pihak kampus harus berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah untuk dapat menyelesaikan secara baik.
Namun saat terjadi konflik sampai terjadinya korban, kata dia, ini seolah terkesan pemerintah daerah melakukan keselahan besar dalam masaalah ini.
“Mestinya pihak kampus STAI Babusalam harus koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah menyelesaikan konflik ini. Kami berharap kampus harus berkoordinasi dengan Pemda dan Polres untuk sama-sama mencari solusi menyelesaikannya,” harapnya.
Wabup bilang, pihak kampus harus bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan turnamen sepak bola yang menyebabkan kericuhan antar kedua desa ini.
Sekadar diketahui, konflik antar kedua desa ini menyebabkan satu warga meninggal. Pemda Sula bersama Polres sudah menggrlar rapat koordinasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini. (ish/ask)
