PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Tingkah oknum guru di salah satu sekolah dasar (SD) di Kabupaten Taliabu benar-benar mencoreng dunia pendidikan.
Bagaimana tidak, oknum guru PNS berinisial LON (50) itu diduga mencabuli seorang gadis remaja, MR (16).
Perbuatan tak senonoh ini diketahui dilakukan pelaku sejak tahun 2019 hingga pada tahun 2022 ini baru terungkap. Kasus ini kini ditangani pihak Polsek Taliabu Barat, dan pelakunya sudah ditahan.
Kanit Reskrim Polsek Taliabu Barat, Bripka Justin Azin membenarkan bahwa adanya kasus pencabulan anak di bawa umur yang ditangani sejak H-1 lebaran Idulfitri kemarin.
“Kejadian ini berulang kali sejak tahun 2019 sampai April 2022 kemarin baru terungkap,” ujar Justin saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Kamis (19/5).
Justin menjelaskan, pelaku sudah lama tinggal di desa tersebut sebelum ia menjadi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS). Pelaku memgabdi di sekolah saat itu dengan status pegawai honorer hingga diangkat menjadi PNS.
Pelaku ketika datang ke desa menempati rumah nenek korban. Bahkan pelaku juga sudah dianggap keluarga. Orang tua MR kemudian menitipkan anaknya ke pelaku.
“Namun pelaku kemudian berbuat bejat pada korban sejak tahun 2019 lalu. Sekarang kasus ini sudah naik statusnya ke penyidikan,” jelas Justin.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 82 ayat 1 dan 2, serta Pasal 64 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman penjara 15 tahun. (ysn/ask)
