PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Musyawarah Cabang (Muscab) serentak ke-IV Partai Demokrat se-kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Maluku Utara resmi dibuka oleh Ketua Badan Pembinaan Organisasi Kaderisasi dan Keanggotaan (BPOKK) DPP Partai Demokrat, Herman Khaeron, secara virtual yang bertempat di Sahid Bela Ternate, Senin (16/5).
Ketua DPD Partai Demokrat Malut, M. Rahmi Husen dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, Muscab adalah forum musyawarah Partai Demokrat dalam mengambil keputusan yang bersifat strategis di tingkat kabupaten/kota.
Atas dasar itu, ia mengajak kepada seluruh pengurus untuk menjadikan penyelenggaraan Muscab di 10 DPC se-Maluku Utara sebagai momentum penting untuk menata dan mengorganisir kembali seluruh kekuatan politik dalam rangka membangun kejayaan Partai Demokrat di Provinsi Maluku Utara.
“Insya Allah kemenangan bisa kita raih dengan bekerja keras, bekerja cerdas, disiplin dan masif bergerak,” ujar Rahmi.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Malut itu menuturkan, dengan sisa waktu kurang lebih 2 bulan ke depan, pihaknya akan menghadapi salah satu momentum krusial, yakni tahapan pendaftaran partai politik.
Untuk itu, ia mengimbau kepada seluruh pengurus agar memastikan kesiapan dalam menghadapi tahapan verifikasi partai. Sebab lolos tidaknya Partai Demokrat dalam kontestasi Pemilu adalah tanggungjawab bersama.
“Para calon ketua DPC, baik kader lama maupun kader baru, mari kita manfaatkan Muscab serentak ini untuk mengonsolidasikan kembali kekuatan organisasi dan kaderisasi partai. Kita bangun solidaritas dan kekuatan struktur untuk menuju kejayaan Partai Demokrat ke depan,” ajaknya.
Lebih lanjut, dirinya memantau berjalannya tahapan Pra Muscab kemarin dari 10 DPC, terdapat dua DPC yang calon Ketua DPC-nya dua orang. Selebihnya 8 DPC mengusung satu nama sebagai calon tunggal ketua DPC.
Sesuai mekanisme organisasi Partai Demokrat, lanjut dia, AD/ART Partai Demokrat Tahun 2020, Ketua DPC akan dipilih dan ditetapkan melalui proses Fit and Proper Test yang dilakukan oleh tim lima yang terdiri dari Ketua Umum, Sekretaris Jenderal, Kepala BPOKK, serta Ketua dan Sekretaris DPD.
“Insya Allah Ketua DPC yang dipilih dan ditetapkan adalah pilihan yang terbaik bagi kita semua. Bahwa siapapun Ketua DPC baru yang terpilih nantinya, saya meminta kepada seluruh jajaran DPC dan DPAC, kita rapatkan barisan, kita berjuang sekuat tenaga untuk memenangkan Pilpres, Pileg dan Pilkada serentak di tahun 2024 nanti,” pungkas Rahmi.
