PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Warga Kelurahan Togafo, Kecamatan Ternate Barat, Kota Ternate, Kamis (28/4) pagi tadi digegerkan dengan penemuan janin bayi di pantai.
Kapolsek Pulau Ternate, Ipda Mirna Oramali saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan peristiwa tersebut.
Menurutnya, penemuan bayi janin itu sekira pukul 09.30 WIT pagi tadi tepat di Pantai Kelurahan Togafo oleh dua warga yang baru pulang memancing ikan.
“Ke dua warga itu mau menarik perahu ke daratan, mereka kemudian melihat sebuah tas ransel berwarna hitam di pantai. Tapi karena kondisi tasnya masih bagus, mereka lalu membuka tas itu, ternyata di dalam tas yang masih ada bungkusan pelastik yang diduga janin bayi,” jelasnya kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG).
Setelah menerima laporan dari warga setempat dan Bhabinkamtibmas, Kapolsek kemudian memerintahkan anggota piket Polsek Pulau Ternate untuk melakukan identifikasi laporan tersebut di tempat kejadian perkara (TKP). Setelah diidentifikasi, ternyata benar di dalam tes tersebut berisi janin bayi.
“Setelah diidentifikasi, saya kemudian lakukan koordinasi dengan Polres. Kemudian janin bayi itu di bawa ke Rumah Sakit untuk diotopsi,” ujarnya.
Untuk usia janin bayi, kata Mirna, bisa dipastikan setelah pemeriksaan dari Rumah Sakit. Tetapi untuk sementara ini jenis kelamin bayi tersebut diduga perempuan. Ia juga menegaskan, setelah janin bayi tersebut diotopsi, pihaknya akan melakukan peyelidikan lebih lanjut.
“Lebih jelasnya lagi untuk usia bayi dan jenis kelaminnya setelah pemeriksan dari dokter. Kami akan lakukan penyelidikan,” pungkasnya. (tox/ask)
