PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara meminta kepada pengecer bahan bakar minyak (BBM) agar tertib dalam menjual BBM jenis Pertamax.
BBM jenis Pertamax yang harus dijual harus dengan harga Rp 13.000 per liter. Sementara untuk BBM jenis Pertalite dilarang untuk dijual pengecer.
Pemkab melalui Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol-PP) akan turun melakukan sidak agar mengantisipasi pengecer BBM yang bandel.
“Kita akan turun itu untuk mengecek pengecer BBM tidak lagi menjual BBM jenis Pertalite dan BBM jenis Pertamax yang dijual harus sesuai sesuai dengan ketentuan yakni Rp 13.500 per liternya,” jelas Kasatpol-PP Halut, Muhammad Kacoa, saat ditemui wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Kamis (28/4).
Maco sapaan akrab Muhammad Kacoa mengungkapkan berdasarkan data jumlah pengecer BBM yang terdata di Halut kurang lebih 200 orang. Jika satu orang pengecer mengambil BBM jenis Pertalite sebesar 50 liter dikalikan dengan 200 orang, maka jumlahnya 2 ton dalam sehari yang dihabiskan pengecer. Sehingga ini membuat kelangkaan BBM.
Pihaknya mengaku jika para pemgecer tidak mengindahkan surat edaran pemerintah dan kedapatan masih menjual BBM jenis pertalite, maka akan ada sanksi tegas yang diberikan.
“Untuk harga BBM di SPBU Rp 12.500, maka pengecer bisa menjualnya dengan harga Rp 13.500 per liter,” tandasnya. (fnc/ask)
