PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Berkas perkara oknum Anggota Brimob Polda Maluku Utara, Bripda MSA, yang merupakan tersangka kasus penganiayaan dilakukan tahap satu.
Tahap satu berkas tersebut dilakukan penyidik Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Ternate ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate pada 18 April lalu.
Kasi Humas Polres Ternate, Ipda Wahyuddin saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, berkas perkara Bripda MSA telah dilakukan tahap satu oleh penyidik pada 18 April 2022.
“Sudah tahap satu pada Senin 18 April,” kata Wahyudin saat dikonfirmasi, Jumat (22/4).
Setelah dilakukan tahap satu, kata dia, selanjutnya penyidik akan menunggu petunjuk dari jaksa peniliti. Jika berkas perkaranya sudah dinyatakan lengkap, maka penyidik akan melakukan tahap dua atau penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti ke kejaksaan.
“Penyidik masih menunggu petunjuk dari kejaksaan,” pungkasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, oknum Anggota Brimob Polda Malut berpangkat Bripda MSA dilaporkan ke Satreskrim Polres Ternate pada tanggal 21 Maret lalu. MSA dilaporkan karena menganiaya pacaranya, MA (17), hingga babak belur.
Bripda MSA kemudian ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini setelah dilakukan gelar perkara oleh penyidik pada tanggal 31 Maret bulan lalu. (tox/ask)
