PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Mantan Kepala Dinas Parawisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, Rizal Drakel, akan diperiksa Inspektorat.
Rizal diduga mencairkan anggaran honor penari kolosal yang tampil di acara pembukaan Festival Tanjung Waka (FTW) 26 Maret 2022 lalu, namun hingga saat ini para penari belum menerima honor.
Kapala Inspektorat Kepulauan Sula, Kamarudin Mahdi mengatakan, anggaran tersebut tidak melekat di Ketua panitia FTW, tidak di Kadis Parawisata yang baru, tidak di Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda), apalagi ada di Bupati maupun Wakil Bupati. Akan tetapi anggaran itu secara utuh sudah dicairkan oleh Rizal Drakel, namun sampai selesai kegiatan honor penari belum juga dibayar.
“Adanya masalah ini, Ibu Bupati sangat geram. Karena honor anak-anak penari kolosal tidak dikasih. Anak-anak itu juga capek, karena mereka juga terlibat langsung hingga suksesnya acara FTW,” ujar Kamarudin kepada wartawan, selasa (12/4).
Untuk itu, pihak Inspektorat akan melayangkan surat panggilan kepada Rizal Drakel untuk diperiksa dan dimintai keterangan guna mempertanggungjawabkan anggaran yang dikelola, khususnya honor penari kolosal.
Sementara mantan Kadis Parawisata, Rizal Drakel yang saat ini menjabat Kabag Ekonomi Setda Kepulauan Sula dikonfirmasi terpisah, mengaku bahwa anggaran honor penari kolosal sudah dicairkan. Namun demikian, ia menyarankan agar wartawan menanyakan lansung ke dinas saja.
“Sudah dicairkan, hanya saja pelaksanaannya belum dilaksanakan. Makanya belum bayar atau pembayarannya yang belum. Jadi tanya ke Dinas Parawisata saja,” ujar Rizal, singkat. (ish/ask)
