PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Penyidik Polres Halmahera Barat menetapkan eks karyawan sekaligus orang kepercayaan PT. Semesta Argo Tani Indonesia (SATI), Alfonsus Eko Suhartanto Alias Eko (42), dugaan penipuan terhada pimpinan perusahaan PT. SATI.
Penetapan Eko sebagai tersangka ini disampaikan dalam konferensi pers yang dipimpin Kapolres Halbar AKBP Indra Andiarta didampingi Kanit Pidum Aipda Oscar Haris Malik, dan Kasi Humas Ipda Thomas Tandi Gala, Jumat (8/4).
Kapolres Halbar, AKBP Indra Andiarta menjelaskan, kasus penipuan ini bermula ketika pimpinan PT. SATI, Alvin Setiady Yohan, pada 7 September 2020 lalu meminta kepada pelaku Eko yang saat itu masih berada di Purworejo, Jawa Timur, untuk datang ke Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, Maluku Utara, untuk membeli lahan guna pembangunan PT. SATI. Saat itu, Alvin juga masih berada di Bandung, Jawa Barat.
Singkat cerita, Eko lalu datang ke Jailolo, kemudian memberitahu ke Alvin bahwa ada yang menjual dua bidang tanah seharga 243 juta milik Nasion Doin dan Frengki Mamele di Desa Mutui, Kecamatan Jailolo.
Tanpa banyak tanya, Alvin percaya dan mengirimkan uang sebesar 243 juta untuk membayar lahan tersebut. Setelah lahan dibayar dan dibangun PT. SATI, Alvin merasa ada kejanggalan pada pembelian tanah tersebut.
Tepat pada 3 Maret 2022, Alvin memerintahkan salah satu kerabatnya Adrian Siswandi untuk menghubungi Kepala Desa Matui dan meminta Kades Matui menghadirkan para penjual lahan, yakni I. Nasion Doin dan Frengki Mamele. Mereka kemudian bertemu di PT. SATI di Desa Matui, dan dari situlah terungkap bahwa harga lahan sebenarnya bukan seperti yang disampaikan tersangka Eko.
Menurut kedua penjual itu, bahwa dua bidang tanah itu dijual seharga 95 juta. Sebidang tanah milik Doin dengan harga 45 juta, dengan luas panjang 90 meter x lebar 15 meter. Sementara milik Frengki Mamele dijual dengan harga 50 juta, dengan luas panjang 65 meter x lebar 45 meter.
Setelah dibuatkan surat jual beli yang dikeluarkan Kepala Desa Mutui sesuai dengan harga kedua bidang tanah itu, kemudian pada tanggal 13 September 2020, pelaku kembali menemui Kepala Desa Mutui dan meminta untuk dibuatkan surat jual beli yang baru dengan menaikkan angka penjualanya menjadi 243 juta.
Tersangka beralasan bahwa ia merubah nominal surat jual beli tersebut untuk kelengkapan admintrasi atau jaminan pinjaman di Bank. Sebab jika nominal dalam surat jual beli angka pembeliannya besar, maka Bank akan memberikan pinjaman yang besar.
Kades dan kedua pemilik lahan itu lalu menyetujui dan dibuatkan surat jual beli yang baru dengan nominal 243 juta. Setelah mengantongi surat jual beli dengan harga 243 juta, pelaku kemudian menyerahkan pimpinan PT. SATI, Alvin Setiady Yohan, sebagai bukti penyampaian awal dua bidang tanah tersebut dijual dengan harga 243 juta.
“Awalnya Kades dan kedua pemilik lahan ini mengira bahwa pelaku adalah pimpinan perusahaan. Sehingga menyetujui perubahan nominal harga jual beli tanah tersebut,” ujar Kapolres.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka disangka melanggar Pasal 378 KUHPidana dengan hukuman penjara selama-lamanya 4 tahun. (adi/ask)
