PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (Datun) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate berhasil menarik dua unit kendaraan dinas yang dikuasai dua mantan pejabat Pemkot Ternate.
Kepala Seksi Datun Kejari Ternate, Safri Abdul Muin kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, penarikan dua kendaraan dinas tersebut sesuai dengan surat permohonan dari Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Ternate melalui Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) dari Wali Kota kepada Kepala Kejari.
Berdasarkan SKK tesebut, Kepala Kejari subsitusi kepada Jaksa Pengacara Negara (JPN) untuk melakukan penarikan. Aset tersebut berhasil ditarik dari kedua mantan pejabat dan diserahkan kepada DLH untuk digunakan sebagaimana mestinya.
“Jadi pada Kamis 7 April sekira pukul 15.00 WIT bertempat di halaman Kantor Kejari, kami telah menyerahkan kedua aset berupa satu unit mobil pick-up Suzuki Panther dan satu unit sepeda motor Honda Beat kepada DLH yang diterima langsng Pak Toni S. Pontoh selaku kadis DLH),” ujar Safri.
Mantan Kasi Intel Kejari Tidore ini menungkapkan, aset berupa mobil dinas pick-up itu dikuasai Yus karim, salah satu pensiunan ASN. Sementara satu unit sepeda motor Honda Beat sebelumnya dikuasai Suhud Gafur yang sudah dimutasi ke Pemprov Malut.
“Kedua aset ini sudah dikuasai dua tahun tahun lalu dan kita sudah berhasil tarik,” jelasnya. (gon/ask)
