PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kota Ternate melakukan penarikan retribusi terhadap pedagang di 12 lapak yang dibangun pemuda Kelurahan Kota Baru di Pasar Kota Baru.
Hal ini membuat pemuda setempat merasa keberatan. Ini karena lapak yang disediakan itu dikhususkan kepada ibu-ibu pedagang setempat.
Kordinator Pemuda Kota Baru, Rusdi Abdurrahman menuturkan, tujuan mereka membangun 12 lapak ini untuk memberdayakan masyarakat. Pihaknya mau minta izin ke Disperindag terkait penarikan retribusi yang ditetapkan Rp 2.000 per meter persegi.
Menurutnya, masyarakat Kota Baru menginginkan agar jangan menentukan nilai retribusi dengan aturan. Bahkan jika memungkinkan untuk diupayakan untuk masyarakat.
“Kami akan bernegosiasi dengan pemerintah lagi dalam hal Disperindag. Sebab belum ada kepastian, karena mereka tawarkan Rp 2.000,” katanya kepada wartawan belum lama ini.
Pihaknya setelah melakukan perhitungan fasilitas tenda, listrik dan lainnya yang ditanggung pemuda. Sementara pemerintah tidak menyediakan apa-apa.
“Mereka hanya masuk minta retribusi. Jadi perlu retribusi tidak usah sudah, karena ini hanya momen bulan Ramadan saja. Lapak ini kami utamakan untuk ibu-ibu jualan. Kebetulan lapak yang di samping pemerintah punya, jadi kami fungsikan di tempat ini. Sebab lahan sudah dihibahkan ke kelurahan sejak Wali Kota Burhan Abdurahman,” ucapnya.
Rusdi juga menyampaikan bahwa lapak yang dibangun ini dananya diperuntukan untuk masjid, musala, dan uang kas Pemuda.
“Jadi kami minta ini dipertimbangkan, bila perlu ditiadakan penarikan retribusinya,” pintanya.
Sementara Sekertaris Dinas Perindag Kota Ternate, Muhlis Djumadil mengatakan, besaran retribusi pedagang musiman saat Ramadan khusunya jualan pakaian sesuai aturan dikenakan sebesar Rp 2.000 per meter.
“Ketentuannya sama, seperti lapak jualan pakaian yang dikenaka Rp 2.000 per meter per hari,” kata Muhlis, Selasa, (5/4).
Namun, kata dia, untuk jumlah keseluruhan pedagang musiman, Disperindag masih mencatatnya.
“Kami masih catat, karena belum semua terisi, baik di depan benteng oranje, di Kota Baru, depan Pasar Higienis dan yang lain-lain,” ujarnya.
Muhlis menyebut retribusi ini berlaku untuk semua pedagang musiman, baik itu penjual pakaian maupun penjual takjil.
“Pokonya selama Ramadan ini semua retribusi tetap jalan seperti biasa, jadi tidak ada perbedaan karena musiman atau bukan musiman. Pedagang musiman ini sebenarnya cuman pindah tempat saja,” tuturnya. (udi/ask)
