PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Bupati Halmahera Selatan, Usman Sidik, bakal melaporkan orang yang menyebarkan pesan WhatsApp mengatasnamakan dirinya dengan membuat pernyataan tidak akan mengundang organisasi kepemudaan Gerakan Angkatan Muda Kristen Indonesia (GAMKI) Halsel dalam Musrembang Pemuda.
Diketahui, orang yang menyebarkan pesan WhatsApp mengatasnamakan Bupati Halsel itu adalah salah satu pengurus KNPI Halsel versi Irfan.
Selain orang yang menyebarkan pesan WhatsApp, Bupati juga akan memproses hukum salah satu pengurus GAMKI dan media yang telah memberitakan hal tersebut.
“Saya mau tegaskan bahwa orang yang mengirim pesan WhatsApp, yang mengatasnamakan saya, saya akan proses hukum. Selain itu, saya juga akan proses salah satu anggota GAMKI yang telah menuduh saya dalam pemberitaannya bahwa saya membuat diskriminasi terhadap GAMKI. Saya akan proses itu, lihat saja nanti. Termasuk media yang menulis itu juga saya akan proses, karena saya sudah kroscek bahwa medi tersebut tidak terdaftar di dewan pers. Saya sudah memiliki bukti-bukti,” ujar Bupati saat melakukan hearing dengan massa aksi yang melakukan demonstrasi terkait dugaan diskrimanasi terhadap GAMKI yang berlangsung di depan Kantor Bupati Halsel, Rabu (30/3) tadi.
Bupati Usman Sidik di tengah-tengah massa aksi menjelaskan, apa yang beredar di pemberitaan beberapa hari kemarin terkait pesan WhatsApp yang tidak mengundang GAMKI dalam kegiatan Musrenbang Pemuda, bukan dirinya yang mengirim pesan atau mengarahkan.
“Saya mau jelaskan bahwa saya tidak pernah mengirim pesan atau mengarahkan orang untuk membuat pernyataan bahwa kegiatan Musrenbang Pemuda semua OKP Cipayung diundang selain GAMKI. Itu tidak benar, karena saya tidak pernah memerintahkan seperti itu,” katanya.
Usman menyebut jika pemberitaan terhadap dirinya hanyalah sebuah hoax, karena ia tidak pernah berkata seperti itu. Dia hanya memerintahkan kepada Bappeda Halsel untuk melaksanakan Musrenbang Pemuda, bukan Musrenbang OKP Cipayung.
“Saya hanya perintahkan kepada Bappeda agar melaksanakan Musrenbang Pemuda. Dan itu saya sampaikan secara umum pada saat saya membuka acara Musyawarah Daerah KNPI Halsel. Jadi saya tegaskan jangan membuat fitnah atau hoax terhadap pernyataan saya,” tandas Bupati.
Sementara itu, sejumlah massa aksi yang terdiri dari Gerakan Mahasiswa Kristen Indonesia (GMKI) Cabang Halsel, Gerakan Angkatan Muda Kristen Indonesia (GAMKI) Halsel, Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia (KAMMI) Halsel, Gerakan Pemuda Marhaenisme (GPM) Halsel, dan Gerakan Mahasiswa Nasional Indonesia (GMNI) Halsel menggelar aksi menyatakan mosi tidak percaya terhadap Bupati.
Koordinator aksi, Harmain Rusli, mengatakan bahwa sebagai organisasi nasional tentu keabsahan legalitasnya sudah tidak ada masalah, apa lagi kelima OKP tersebut telah eksis di Halsel hingga saat ini.
“Kalau OKP yang demo saat ini legalitasnya tidak jelas, maka kami tidak merasa keberatan ketika tidak diundang dalam Musrenbang. Tapi lima OKP ini organisasi nasional yang tentu legal administrasinya sudah sah dari pusat, lalu apa masalahnya,” tutur Harmain dengan nada tanya.
Ketua DPC GPM Halsel ini juga menuturkan, jika sikap Pemkab Halsel semacam itu, maka kesannya ada tindakan diskriminasi terhadap OKP-OKP yang dianggap berseberangan dengan Bupati Usman Sidik.
Dalam aksi tersebut, massa juga mendesak agar copot Kepala Bappeda Halsel. Mengusut tuntas dugaan diskriminasi terhadap DPC GAMKI dan GMKI Halsel. Libatkan GPM, KAMMI dan Pemuda Kampung dalam agenda Musrenbang Pemuda. (rul)
