PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Sejumlah organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula belum tayang rancana umum pengadaan (RUP), baik fisik maupun nonfisik.
Keterlambatan penayangan RUP ini lantaran sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang terbatas.
Kapala Bagian Unit Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (UPBJ) Kepulauan Sula, Berkah Soamole menuturkan, soal proses penginputan program kerja fisik serta nonfisik yang saat ini belum jalan lantaran OPD terlambat tayang RUP.
“Ini soal kesiapan di masing-masing OPD, karena proses tender ini harus sesuai dengan SOP yang dimulai dari RUP,” katanya kepada wartawan, Selasa (15/3) tadi.
Pihaknya, kata Berkah, sudah menyurat ke OPD masing-masing untuk mengusulkan user admin RUP. Orang yang diusulkan sebagai admin harus punya kompeten, karena akan banyak kendala pada saat penginputan.
“Karena kita ini masih kekurangan SDM. Namun kami di ULP akan tetap siap untuk membimbing admin saat penginputan program kerja OPD,” ujarnya.
Berkah menambahkan, pihaknya bahkan sudah menyurat ke Bupati, Sekda dan seluruh pimpinan OPD dan sudah ditindaklanjuti oleh OPD masing-masing. Saat ini sudah mulai penginputan pada Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan serta ada beberapa pimpinan OPD yang sudah menghubungi untuk penginputan.
“Target kami bulan ini sudah selesaikan kalu OPD terkait proaktif. Kalau proyek fisik paling lama itu tiga hari sudah selesai diinput, dan rencana akhir bulan Maret ini sudah selesai dan sudah jalan,” jelasnya. (ish/ask)
