PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Koordinator Barifola, Syamsu Hi. Ibrahim, memenuhi panggilan penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate atas dugaan tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) bantuan dana hibah Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Ternate pada tahun 2018-2019 senilai 2 miliar.
Sesuai amatan wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) di lapangan,
Koordinator Barifola itu mendatangi Kantor Kejari Ternate, Senin (14/3) sekira pukul 09.50 WIT tadi. Syamsu langsung masuk ke ruang penyidik. Hingga pukul 13.50 WIT, barulah ia keluar dari ruang penyelidik.
Syamsu Hi. Ibrahim saat ditemui wartawan menuturkan, ia dimintai keterangan terkait dengan kerja sama Barifola dan PKK. Kerja sama dengan PKK itu terkait pembangunan rumah empat unit rumah pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 yang terletak di Kelurahan Loto, Kelurahan Makassar Timur, dan Takome.
“Itu kerja sama antara PKK dan Barifola. PKK Kota Ternate menyiapkan material dan uang, nanti tenaga kerjanya dari Barifola,” ujarnya.
Syamsu menjelaskan, pekerjaan satu unit rumah biasanya senilai 50 juta tanpa upah. Terkait dengan
RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) senilai yang senilai 140 juta, namun kenyataan yang diterima hanya 100 juta.
“Setelah itu karena anak-anak yang kerja ini transportasi, minyak, jadi setiap rumah dibantu 10 juta untuk 35 orang punya transportasi di luar dari 50 juta per satu unit rumah. Kita kerja tidak diupah,” tandasnya.
Menurutnya, setiap rumah yang dibangun itu ukurannya sama dengan biaya 50 juta tanpa upah. Namun saat tandatangan kerja sama di PKK, ia sudah tidak memperhatikannya.
“Saya punya mata juga ada gangguan jadi sudah tidak perhatikan. Saat itu semua pengurus PKK,” jelasnya.
Sementara Koordinator Tim Penanganan Perkara Dana Hibah Kejari Ternate, Safri Abdul Muin saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan pemeriksaan tersebut.
“Iya benar, hari ini kami periksa Kooordinator Barifola. Periksa mulai pukul 10.00 WIT tadi,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
