PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sejak 2021 hingga awal tahun 2022 ini, Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Negeri Ternate telah memvobis bebas empat terdakwa perkara Tipikor.
Data yang dihimpun wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), pada tahun 2021 atau tepat pada 18 Agustus 2021, majelis hakim menjatuhkan vonis bebas terhadap Rahmat Safrani, mantan Kepala Bagian Tata Pemerintahan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah (Halteng) atas dugaan korupsi pembayaraan ganti rugi lahan pembangunan GOR di Halteng.
Sebelum divonis, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menuntut Rahmat Safrani dengan pidana penjara selama 4 tahun dan denda sebesar 200 juta rupiah subsidair 3 bulan kurungan
dikurangi selama terdakwa menjalani masa penahanan. Terdakwa juga dituntut pidana tambahan membayar uang pengganti sebesar 244 juta subsidair 6 bulan penjara.
Selanjutnya pada 21 Oktober 2021, majelis hakim juga menjatuhkan vonis bebas terhadap Alfha Yendra, Direktur CV. Alfha Carien yang memenangkan proyek pembangunan Asrama Pesantren Weda yang melekat pada Bagian Ekonomi Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah tahun 2016.
Padahal dalam tuntutan JPU, terdakwa Alfha Rendra dituntut penjara selama 4 tahun dan denda sebesar 200 juta rupiah dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar, maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 3 bulan.
Sementara di tahun 2022, tepatnya pada 16 Februari kemarin, Pengadilan Tipikor kembali menjatuhkan vonis bebas dua terdakwa kasus pengadan Kapal Nautika dan Alat Simulator pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Malut tahun anggaran 2019.
Kedua terdakwa itu yakni Imran Yakub, mantan Kepala Dinas Dikbud Malut dan Reza selaku mantan Ketua Pokja I ULP Malut.
Sebelum itu, keduanya dituntut oleh JPU dengan pidana penjara selama 8 tahun dikurangi selama terdakwa ditahan dan denda sebesar 300 juta subsidiair pidana kurungan selama 6 bulan.
Terpisah, Humas PN Ternate, Kadar Noh membenarkan bahwa pada tahun 2021 terdapat dua terdakwa yang divonis bebas. Sedangkan untuk tahun 2022, khususnya Februari kemarin juga dua terdakwa diputus bebas.
“Jadi ada empat perkara yang divonis bebas. Namun pihak JPU lagi ajukan upaya hukum kasasi di Mahkamah Agung,” terangnya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Rabu (2/3) kemarin. (gon/ask)
