PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Kepala Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah Falabisahaya, Kecamatan Mangoli Utara, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, didemo para siswanya atas keterlambatan penyaluran anggaran Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP)
Selain masalah PIP, juga pembayaran gaji guru honorer yang sudah terlambat selama tiga bulan.
Atas berbagai masalah itu, Kepala Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Kepulauan Sula, Syawal Umanahu pun angkat bicara. Syawal menyebut Kepala Sekolah SMA Swasta Muhammadiyah Falabisahaya, Sutna Umaternate, ini sudah layak diganti.
“Seharusnya anggaran PIP itu disalurkan kepada siswa yang berhak dapat, kenapa kapala sekolah tidak memberikan? Kemudian pembayaran gaji guru honor selama tiga bulan tahun 2021 tidak dibayarkan. Ini harus dipertanyakan,” ujrnya kepada wartawan media ini saat ditemui di ruang kerja, Sinen (24/1).
Ia menambahkan, untuk gaji guru honor itu dibayar dengan dana Bantuan Oprasional Sokolah (BOS) tahun 2021. Sementara dana BOS tahun 2021 sudah cair tiga tahap.
Begitu juga kegiatan esktrakurikuler, baik kegiatan Paramuka maupun kegiatan Osis yang dilakukan oleh siswa-siswi di sekolah tidak pernah dihadiri Kepsek. Padahal yang bersangkutan tidak berada di Falabisahaya.
“Ini menandakan bahwa Kepsek kurang memperhatikan atau menajemen sekolah yang kurang baik, sehingga muncul permasalahan seperti anggaran PIP yang tidak disalurkan kepada siswa maupun gaji guru honor yang tidak dibayar selama tiga bulan,” ucapnya.
Untuk itu, kata Syawal, pihaknya akan menyampaikan hal itu ke Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Malut, selanjutnya Dikbud Malut akan berkordinasi dengan pihak Yayasan Muhammadiyah agar diganti Kepsek ini.
“Persoalan ini untung terjadi di sekolah Yayasan, kalu terjadi di sekolah Negeri, maka langsung diberhentikan Kepseknya,” tegasnya menutup. (ish/ask)
